Preparations Ought to be Better Made for Debugging and Training of GREENMAX Styrofoam Densifier

Usually, when the machine reaches the customer’s warehouse, our after-sales staff will arrive within 3 days. In order to improve efficiency, the following are some basic preparations. It’s better for guests to do well in advance, so that more time will be saved to learn more professional operations.

The preparations guide for onsite debugging and training include four steps. First is to unpackage wood box and locate the Styrofoam densifier. The second is to wire the machine and connect it to Plug/Power/Amperage. The third is to prepare the tools and materials, and the last step is to confirm the machine operator.

Unpackage the Wood Box and Locate the Machine as Shown in the Picture Below. 

Do Remember to Reserve Enough Space for Machine Location.

Wire the Machine and Connect It to Plug/Power/Amperage as Shown in the Picture Below.

1.Connect the three live wires.

2.Connect the neutral wire when the voltage is between 380V and 400V; It is not required to be connected when the voltage is 220V or between 415V and 600V.

3.Connect the earth wire.

Prepare the Tools and Materials for Testing Including Multimeter and Hand Tools.

Confirm Machine Operator. The Basic requirements for machine operators:

1. Able to read basic operational Manual.

2. Having no visual or hearing impairment.

After finished the above preparations, it would be better to attach a confirmation foam and send back to GREENMAX before their set off.
